Legal Helpline is an FCA-regulated claims management company that connects people with solicitors specialising in:
- Personal injury, such as workplace accidents, road traffic accidents and accidents that happen in public places (like shops)
- Medical negligence
- Data breaches
- Criminal injuries
Having worked in this industry for many years, we understand how stressful the claims process can be. That’s why we work hard to remove that worry and to make the system as easy for you to navigate as possible.
We don’t use legal jargon and we explain complex principles in as simple a way as possible.
The solicitor we connect you with will be on hand whenever you need them. But throughout the claims process, they’ll provide regular updates and advice on how your case is progressing.
Let’s tell you a bit about how our service works.
How Our Service Works
When you get in touch, we spend some time learning about your case. We want to understand how it happened and, crucially, how it’s impacted you.
The advice we provide at this stage is free of charge. There’s also no obligation to make a claim if you decided against it. You can simply discuss the matter with a knowledgeable third party.
If we believe your case does have a good chance of success, we can connect you with a No Win No Fee solicitor from our panel who specialises in your accident type.
“No Win No Fee” is a phrase you may have heard before. It simply means what it suggests—if your case isn’t successful (or doesn’t win), then you won’t be obliged to pay your solicitor any fees.
So your solicitor essentially takes on the risk and represents you on the basis that they only get paid if they succeed.
The manner in which a No Win No Fee solicitor gets paid is by way of a deduction from the compensation you’re awarded. By law, the fee they can take is capped at 25% (as per The Conditional Fee Agreements Order 2013).
How We’re Regulated
All of the solicitors we work with are registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
We’re fully regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) (Number: 839005) and with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) (Number: ZA219131).
If you need any more information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
